Shawn Mayzes and Mike Gatward started a new Slack channel for Laravel developers.
The plan for the room is to meet other developers, share knowledge, ask questions, and just hang out. By filling out the form they will send you an invite to the channel. The invite is currently running on a 30 minute CRON job, so have a little patience.
I’ve been using Slack a little more and I like it so much better than IRC, but if IRC is your thing you can still connect via IRC or XMPP.
