New Laravel and PHP Forums

Jeff at Laracasts has been busy building a new state of the art discussion forum with Laravel. The forums are already live and Jeff has been writing, creating lessons, and tweeting some of the features.
If you ever attempted to build a forum before you will know that it’s a fairly complex setup. I asked Jeff if he had plans on creating videos based on the building of the forums and he replied:
Yes! As I was building it, I realized that a forum makes for a really good learning experiences. Lots of cool relationship examples there. That will be the next hands-on series I do.
Even if you don’t subscribe to one of the Laracasts paid plans the discussion forums are free. Just signup for a forum account and you will be able to start posting and meeting others in the community.
A lot of the topics so far are about specific development questions, but I found some of the off-topic interesting:
I love seeing people succeed and Jeff is on to something special with Laracasts. Not only can you learn a ton from his training videos but the community he has built is just awesome. Browsing through the forums I see lots of posts and more importantly lots of responses.
