Laracon US will be held next month in Lousiville KY and time is running out to get a ticket. Currently, 350+ have been sold and will be the biggest Laracon yet. The full schedule has now been posting on the Laracon site and the topics sound outstanding.
The first-day line-up will be:
- Taylor Otwell Welcome
- Matt Stauffer on Leveraging Laravel
- Eryn O’Neil with How To Cope When It All Hits the Fan
- Jeremy Mikola will be hosting Artisan Jeopardy: ROUND 1
- Adam Wathan on Chasing “Perfect”
- Ed Finkler with Open Sourcing Mental Illness
- Gemma Lynn on how to Navigate your Git Repository
- Taylor Otwell Keynote
Then the second day includes:
- Jeffrey Way Things Laravel Made Me Believe
- Paul M. Jones Same Thing Happens Every Time
- Jeremy Mikola – Artisan Jeopardy: ROUND 2
- Brian Webb on Open Source and Company Culture
- Samantha Geitz with Service Oriented Laravel and Lumen
- Samantha Quiñones on Hacking the Human Interface
- Yitzchok Willroth with Talmudic Maxims to maximize your growth as a developer
Just like all previous Laracon’s there is plenty of time scheduled between talks for meeting fellow developers and just hanging out.
I’m personally most excited about Artisan Jeopardy. That is a brand new feature and if you are not familiar with Jeremy check out his mind-blowing lightning talk from last year:
For those attending be sure and check out this post with an interview with two native Lousivillians about what to expect in Lousiville.
