How to structure Laravel apps

Brent Roose and Bobby Bouwmann joined me as we discussed how we structure Laravel applications. It was meant to be a discussion about how we all do things differently and why - but it quickly turned into a discussion around the different scenarios we would each use each other's approach and why.

It boiled down to maintainability, onboarding, and developer productivity. We discussed many things, from how long we had used Laravel, spoiler Bobby has been using it the longest, to how we handle complexity in the applications we build.
