Kayla Daniels has started a new initiative called No Capes which is:
Live interviews with prominent speakers, community members and package developers in the PHP community.
The first interview with Ross Tuck has been posted up and it’s about speaking at conferences, turrets, and hats. Which I did think it was odd that Ross didn’t have a hat on during the interview :)
Judging by the schedule I believe the interviews will be published once a week.
