Hacktoberfest, the month-long festival of supporting and contributing to open-source, is back again this year. To participate all you have to do is make four pull requests between today and the end of the month and you’ll get a free t-shirt. Limited to the first 50,000 participants.

It is open to everyone, developers, students, writers, etc. and all backgrounds and skill levels are encouraged to complete the challenge. If you are looking to get started here is a Github search for Laravel projects looking for help.

Visit the official Hactoberfest site to register, read the full rules and regulations, and get started submitting those pull requests.
